NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

 

 

Chairman John Gavin is calling a Special Board Meeting of the Hughes County RWD #1 Board of Directors which will be held at 7pm, Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Hughes County Rural Water District Water Treatment Facility, 1904 N 380 Wetumka, Okla.

 

The following items are scheduled for consideration and action by the Directors at that time:

  1. Call to Order.

 

  1. Roll Call.

 

  1. Scheduled Business:

 

  1. Approval of minutes of previous regular meeting
  2. Election of Officers for 2025
  3. Discussion/Action on the new signature card at the bank with the new names on it
  4. Discussion /Action regarding where, and when to have the monthly meetings for the year of 2025
  5. Discussion /Action regarding the labor contracts for 2025
  6. Discussion/Action on transferring account #970 from Kevin Wilbourn to Melissa Collins
  7. Discussion/Action regarding adjustment to account #4320 Glenn Frantz for leak in meter yoke
  8. Discussion/Action regarding the new contract for the SCADA at the plant
  9. Financial report from Melody Ulanowski
  10. Accounts #3380 and #3390 were put on the Inactive list
  11. Manager’s comments.
  12. Director’s comments.
